We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations or may have issues upon arrival, and we want to make the return or refund process as easy as possible. 1. Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return window for most products purchased from SnapshotVemo. You may return products within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
a) Eligibility for Returns
- The product must be in new, unused, and resellable condition, with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
- The product must not have been damaged, altered, or tampered with in any way.
- Some products, including open-box items, clearance items, or personalized/customized products, are not eligible for returns.
b) Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team by email at info@snapshotvemo.com or call us at 202-729-5672 within 30 days of receiving your item. Provide your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA) and further instructions on how to return your product.
- Packaging: Ensure the product is securely packaged in its original box and packaging to prevent any damage during return shipping.
- Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.
c) Refunds
Once we receive your returned product and confirm its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
d) Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the same return process and place a new order for the item you wish to purchase. If you are exchanging for a defective or damaged product, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We want to make sure you get the right product in perfect condition. In such cases:

Certain items are non-returnable and cannot be refunded or exchanged, including:
- Gift Cards.
- Open-box or Clearance items (unless defective or damaged).
- Personalized or custom-ordered products.
- Digital downloads or software.
- Consumables, such as batteries, unless unopened and in original packaging.
4. Late or Missing Refunds

5. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will be happy to cancel it and issue a full refund. However, if your order has already been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel it, and you will need to initiate a return once you receive the product.
